FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FOR COMPLAINTS:
RECEIVED THE WRONG PACKAGE/MISSING ITEMS
• You must send an unboxing video and the item(s) must still be INSIDE the parcel, sealed and with the plastic untampered at the start of the video.

NO RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND IN CASE OF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. DUE TO DAMAGES, DENTS AND SCRATCHES ON THE PRODUCT(s) OBTAINED FROM INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CAUSED BY LOCAL COURIER

2. DUE TO LOST PARCELS BY THE COURIER

• Dents and scratches obtained from international shipping to our address will immediately be disclosed to the buyer as notice. Dents and scratches obtained once the packages have been sent out to local couriers are no longer under our responsibility as these are no longer within our control. Lost parcels are also out of our reach but we will try our best to contact the assigned courier regarding the problem, and we kindly ask you to contact them as well.

WHAT DO YOU SELL?
• We mostly sell SEVENTEEN official merch and extras that we bought from official sites both loose (
tingi) and set. However, in the future, we may be able to cater to more groups as per request.

WHY DO YOU SELL OR SECURE ONLY LIMITED ITEMS?
• This is because the admins secure the items with their own money first to make sure that we really get the items. The slots are limited as we want to be able to give our best in serving our customers.

HOW MANY ITEMS DO YOU USUALLY SECURE?
• It really depends on the items and the demand of our customers which is why it’s important that you answer our polls.

ORDER FORMS / RESERVATIONS
• Please read our terms and conditions carefully as it is not there just to make the form look pretty.

SHOPEE PRICE VS. TWITTER PRICE
• Twitter prices is generally cheaper (our original pricing) than shopee as the latter has fees that they deduct from us (service fee, transaction fee & coins).

WHEN DO YOU USUALLY DROP THE ORDER FORM
• We drop the forms once the items are either secured, on-hand or have arrived at our international address.

CAN I RESERVE BEFOREHAND?
• Reservations are generally not accepted however depending on the items it may be possible if the buyer is willing to pay 50% of the total price to secure.

CHANGING OF ORDER(s) OR ITEMS / MISTAKE(s) IN FILLING UP THE FORM
• Changing of orders are only available within the 1st week of ordering and if the items you wish to change it to are available. When making mistakes in the form, please inform us immediately.

NORMAL ETA
• Normal ETA is estimated to be 4-6 weeks, however delays may occur and this is out of our hands so please be patient.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• As of now, we don’t ship internationally since we’re just a small business for now ^^ and international rates cost more than the items itself.

CAN I PAY FULLY FOR MY ITEMS ALREADY?
• Yes, it is with the buyers discretion if they wish to pay for the items already.

CAN I USE PAYPAL AS PAYMENT?
• Yes, PayPal can be used if the buyer is willing to add 5% to the total of their orders to cover for the PayPal fees.

MASTERLIST CONCERNS
• For any concerns you find, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The masterlist is generally updated 24-48 hours after every order or payment received.

DOP EXTENSION
• It is highly appreciated for the buyers to follow the deadline of payment, however in any event that this is not possible we can make adjustments as long as we are told at least 2 days in advance.

I PAID FOR MY ITEMS BUT I FORGOT TO FILL UP THE PAYMENT FORM AND I'M ALREADY PAST THE SAID DEADLINE, WILL THERE BE A PENALTY?
• No, however please make sure to fill them up - only then will it be acknowledged.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
SINCE THE ITEM(S) HAS BEEN SECURED ALREADY, IF EVER, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER(s) AND JUST GIVE THE SLOT TO SOMEONE ELSE?
• Cancellation of orders are strictly not allowed and a cancellation fee will be charged (refer to our T&Cs). Giving the slot to someone else is solely your responsibility and in the event you find who’s willing to trade places with you, make sure to inform us immediately.

MY PARENTS FOUND OUT ABOUT MY ORDERS AND THEY ASKED ME TO CANCEL THEM
• Minor or not, any problems that may arise between the buyer and their guardian is not the admins’ problem to deal with and payment still must be made. Failure to pay on time will lead to automatic cancellation of orders and the buyer will be blocked.

LOCAL SHIPPING CONCERNS
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS (I.E JRS, ABEST)
• Other shipping options may be made available as per request if more than 2 people avail for the same shipping option with a specific order.

WHICH SHIPPING OPTION/COURIER DO YOU RECOMMEND?
• We highly recommend the shipping options under the MOD list except for LBC due to their higher rates.

WHY IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL PHP 20 IN USING SHOPEE C/O?
• This is to cover for shipping fees (service fee & transaction fee) and shopee c/o request.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• This can only be done as per request strictly through Shopee Orders.

FAILURE TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL(s) / RE-SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
• Re-shipment of your items is possible but it will cost you another shipping fee.

COMBINED SHIPMENT
• Combined shipment is possible, contact us immediately with your order codes you wish to combine.

REQUEST TO DELAY THE SHIPMENT OF ORDERS*
• This is possible upon request, but there’s a maximum of 1 month of storage.
